Guests are welcome to check in from 12:00 PM (noon) and are kindly requested to check out by 12:00 PM (noon). A valid government-issued ID (such as Aadhaar or passport) and a credit/debit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in to cover incidental charges. Children of all ages are accommodated, and upon request, extra beds and travel cribs are available. The hotel enforces a strict no-pets policy and does not permit large events or parties on the premises. While the main building has elevator access, some annexe rooms may not. Special requests, like room location, bedding configuration, etc., are accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.
